What should I do if I'm not happy with my order
Spectrum Delivers, LLC guarantees the quality of its products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, contact Customer Service at 1-404-534-2620 within 10 days of receiving your order and we will refund you the purchase price of the product(s) in question, minus shipping and handling fees.
Spectrum Delivers, LLC is committed to customer satisfaction. While we do everything we can to ensure your happiness, certain circumstances are outside of our control and, consequentially, not covered by our guarantee.

Be sure to carefully review your designs and selections online to correct any errors before placing your order. In order to reduce costs and provide customers with valuable savings, Spectrum Delivers, LLC does not proof customer-created products/documents prior to processing. If a customer requires a hard copy proof, one can be purchased for an additional fee.
Most people are pleased with how well their job matches what they see online. However due to wide differences in monitor calibration and various technologies used, some printed colors may not exactly match the colors on your specific monitor. We endeavor to make your job look its best by printing to a pleasing color standard, using standard in densities. There is no guarantee that your finished piece will approximate your printed sample.
Can I cancel or change my order?
To reduce costs and provide valuable savings to our customers, Spectrum Delivers, LLC is an automated, self-service website. As noted on our website and throughout our checkout process, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please keep in mind this cuts down on our costs and speeds up our production time, giving customers an incredible value.
What do I do if I received my order, but it is not complete?
After receiving your order, if you believe that it is not complete, please review the details of your order to verify that all items have shipped together.

Payments & Billing
Can you send me a bill?
Spectrum Delivers, LLC send invoices upon request. Or you may login into My Account and print off any of your invoices.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Spectrum Delivers, LLC accepts the following payment methods on our secure site: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card.
How do I report an unauthorized purchase or billing error?
If there is a Spectrum Delivers, LLC charge on your credit card statement that you do not recognize please contact our Customer Service Center.
Internet Integration Services
Internet Integration product fees are waived only for the initial hosting plan term of 1 year, after which they will automatically renew at the then-current rate. Cancellation of Internet Integration Service(s) must be submitted via email 30 calendar days prior to the end of service period. Your website will be suspended 5 calendar days after the end of service period for non-payment of Internet Integration services and a $100 reactivation charge will be assessed. Domain names not renewed within 15 calendar days of end of service period, an additional $80 redemption fee (per domain name) will be applied. Deactivated Internet Integration services (website files, emails, databases, etc.) will be removed from our server after 30 calendar days and are no longer subject to recovery.
Basic editing includes resizing, cropping and /or lighting adjustments. Additional image manipulation such as, retouching, adding shadows and cutting out backgrounds will incur additional fees.
Website Setup Cost: This is a One-time Only Fee that covers:
An early termination fee applies if cancelled prior to end of agreement a 3 year term. Reactivation fees apply. All the content on the site that you've written, and collected is yours. The graphics that we have created as well as the layout are ours and cannot be taken with you until a period of 3 years is completed. Once 3 years have passed, you are free to take your design and any graphics we have created for you and do whatever you want with the Spectrum Delivers, LLC Designs we created for you.
Graphic Proof & Electronic File Release
Finished Design: product delivered in RGB & CMYK formats; .eps, .png, .jpg, .gif, .tiff files; 300 dpi to 72 dpi resolution; on 2 write-protected CDs.
In order to ensure that SDLLC accurately completes all revisions, SDLLC cannot accept corrections or approvals verbally. CLIENT MUST SUBMIT ALL REVISIONS VIA EMAIL. SDLLC normal production cycle begins from the date approved and/or final payment for any outstanding balance of design, rush charges (if applicable), printing & finishing is received from Client. Payments can be made at our secured website: https://www.spectrumdelivers.com/payments.
Original custom graphic designs are designated as a “work for hire” produced for the sole purpose of printing ONLY or as outlined in the original invoice or price quote. Electronic versions of the finished “work for hire” files are available for $75.00 per project in .jpg, .pdf, .tif or .eps formats. Master files can be purchased with the consequent release of SDLLC intellectual rights by contacting us in writing at email@example.com for pricing of each individual project.

Does Spectrum Delivers, LLC ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, Spectrum Delivers, LLC does ship to P.O. Boxes. Since P.O. Box delivery can only be done by the USPS, customers shipping to P.O. Boxes must choose the slow shipping method.
